To our beloved patrons and friends, After nearly forty years of loyal patronage and support, you have become part of our family. It has been our joy to host you, serve you and share in your lives. This hospitality business is in our family's genes. What began as our mother's dream in a small guesthouse on Hampton Beach turned into our life’s work. From our roots on Hampton Beach with the fun of the busy tourist season and the quiet winters with the locals, we honed our skills and fueled our passion for service. After the devastating fire in 1999, we were determined to keep our family and employees together and continue the Old Salt. After temporarily moving our crew to The Whale's Tale, we purchased the property in the center of town. Here, the greater seacoast community welcomed us into our new home where we grew our business, built new friendships and raised our families…
