The Upper School House

The apartment was recently converted from a Victorian School house to a luxury apartment. The entrance to the Upper School House is from a private driveway with electric security gates. The main entrance opens onto a stairwell and a flight of stairs leading to the apartment which is on one level. The hallway leads to the open plan kitchen, dining and living room which has a vaulted ceiling and features two large double aspect original windows. The entire apartment is tiled with porcelain herringbone tiles with underfloor heating. It has a ventilation heat recovery system.
