Cargo Hall

Cargo Hall is one of the most sought-after locations for a stylish event with some old world industrial charm.

The venue boasts exquisite views across the city skyline and iconic Yarra River, a few minute’s walks from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

Incorporating modern design while retaining its unique nineteenth-century maritime character, Cargo Hall is a vibrant and refreshing addition to Melbourne’s Event scene.

Situated directly opposite the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, the venue benefits from the local accommodation and public transport options as well as over 2000 adjacent parking spaces.

This pillar-less, fully open space can accommodate up to 220 people for a sit-down event and up to 600 people for cocktails with fantastic views over the river and city skyline.

The raw, industrial heritage of the building shines through in the exposed beams, wide open space, and warehouse feels. Unique characteristics include a contemporary designed suspended mezzanine floor, original trusses, heritage floorboards and classic façade.

An all-weather glass conservatory and abundance of natural light make this the perfect venue for any occasion.
