The front door opens into the dining lounge with sofa, dining table and two chairs, coffee table, flame effect electric fire and smart TV with DVD player. Down 3 steps the kitchen is small but very well equipped and the back door leads to a tiny patio garden with table, chairs, and access to the shared laundry. Upstairs the bedroom has a standard double bed, dressing table & chair and generous hanging space. The tiny bathroom has a wasbasin, toilet and electric shower over the original claw-footed iron bath. Both rooms have exposed beams.
